Been living in Quincy for 13 years and only recently discovered this place. They are like a well oiled machine. They get you seated quickly, take your order quickly and you get served quickly. I agree with one of the reviewers that the owners/management do seem to take pride in their restaurant and it shows. I don’t know much about Vietnamese food but what I’ve had I’ve really enjoyed. Great food, friendly staff. Came in with my family and most of them were kids and waiter was so polite and wanted to help us with everything for the kids. From bowls for them to cleaning up after them after they’ve drop the chopsticks like 10 times. Food ok price. Parking is great!!! I dare call this place the best Pho shop in Quincy. Kam Man’s parking lot does get ridiculously crowded during the weekend but if you want to save the drive to Dorchester or Boston, come to Pho Countryside. The pho broth is decent. There are days when it’s rich in flavor and others when I have to use more hoisin/hot sauce. However, extra large bowl is really XL. Insane amount of noodles and the right amount of meat as well. You can’t go wrong with their pork chop rice dishes either. You won’t leave this restaurant hungry! Service is good compare to most Asian establishments. The interior is also well decorated. Management seems to take pride in their restaurant.
